BLACK TEA

CEYLON Nuwara Eliya
Grown in the central highlands of Nuwara Eliya at up to 6500 feet in altitude, this shotty smaller Pekoe leaf grade provides a very light but brisk liquor, with a little astringency and citrus overtones. Can be drunk with or without milk as an afternoon tea.

GREEN TEA

JAPAN Sencha
Sencha is Japan’s most popular every day tea. The plucked leaves are first steamed, fluffed with hot air then dried and rolled into fine bladed needles of dark green leaf. It produces clear sharp sparkling liquor with a pale green color and a typical mild green character.

HERBALS

NIGERIAN Hibiscus Blend
Broad blood red leaves and dark red liquor with a lively acidic character. A fine example of the hibiscus herb as a beverage. Can be taken with a little sugar to sweeten or mixed with a little rosehip for the same purpose.
