long leaf green tea has a fine aroma

Jasmine petals to create a

yellowy green appearance. A great

Tai Pin
Preparation:

This
belongs to one of China’s top ten
famous teas, produced in Huangshan
District, located at the foothill of
(Tai Ping County), Anhui Province.
The tea leaves are fully
hand-crafted providing a truly
sensational work of art. The leaves
are large with a criss-cross pattern
on them. Their shape is like the tip
of a spear with the reddish nerve on
part of the stem called “red silk
string”. Taste is wonderfully
complex, having nutty overtones on
the first sip with
sweetness slowly revealing itself as
you continue to drink. The liquor
also has a lingering, sweet
aftertaste with a hint of flowery
overtones. Again best drunk without
milk or sugar.

Yellow Tea
Preparation:

Yellow tea
is a rare slightly fermented tea.
However the processing method was
evolved from green tea and shows
similar in the manufacture process,
except yellow tea adds a unique
process of naturally «yellowing» the
leaf by piling it up after plucking
before it is steamed and dried. The
aroma and taste of this tea is a
reminiscence of roasted coffee or
nuts with a slight chocolate hint.
Very unique and refreshing. It may
be enjoyed plain as Yellow tea, but
milk doesn’t mix well! Drink at any
time of day when you require refreshment.

Tuocha is a green tea pressed into
small cakes shaped like bowls or
«birds’ nests», selected from tender

aroma like rice. Wrapped with paper,
the Tuocha is an ideal size (5
grams) for two cups. Drink without
milk as a digestive after meals or
