Preparation: one tea spoon p/cup @
70oC for 2-3 minutes
Darjeeling white is very rare and
one of a kind in the white tea
world. Produced during early spring
by steaming and drying the first
buds and tips .The tea buds are
picked with loving care, as the
quality and value of this tea depend
on it. The result is the leaves
appear to be in their unprocessed,
natural state until you cup it. It’s
mild and slightly sweet like other
white teas, but with the “muscatel”
flavor and astringency of a fine first
flush Darjeeling. High in beneficial
anti oxidants, it can be enjoyed all
day and plain, of course.
